Stand Up Paddle Yoga Teacher Training
SUP Yoga or Paddle Board Yoga means to perform your Yoga Asanas during stand up paddle surfing (SUP) mostly while the board is in calm water. This combination of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga Asanas with surfing intends to gain strength and flexibility. To hold the Asanas on fluid water challenges your body even more!
In this Yoga Teacher Training you will learn to place your weight delicately on a normal surfboard or specially designed SUP Board and at the same time keeping your tension and concentration. Together with the beautiful surrounding of the water and the tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, it will help you to strengthen your body and mind. You will learn how to balance your mind and bring it together with the calm movement of the water beneath you.
Everything will be tought in a safe and familiar enviroment so you dont need to fear anything, just fully concentrate on your Asanas and the harmony with the nature around you.
